Happy birthday to me! What can I say?
Last year I believed I had everything figured out until 2020 happened. I knew my birthday would fall on a Friday and I had plans in place. Big plans. Go to the club and party. After all, how lovely does it feel when your birthday falls on a Friday?
But here I am at work trying to complete my tasks as early as possible so that I leave the office at 3 p.m. Curfew time comes knocking hard by 7 p.m! I was sure when I was done with high-school that was the last time I would have to deal with movement restrictions. I was wrong.
Not my words:
“You have no idea what’s going to happen tomorrow. Why not live with extreme beauty today? ” -Anonymous.
” No matter what happens, always choose to have a grateful heart. Seems like everything not getting safer or better. Seems like everything is getting worse. Maybe that’s what ‘s go to happen. Maybe everything got to break lose and fall apart before we can put it back together again.” -Anonymous.
“My whole effort is how to beautify this present moment, how to make people more joyous, how to to give them a little glimpse of blissfulness and how to bring laughter to their life. Then the future takes care of itself. You need not think of the tomorrow because it will come.” It comes out of this moment. Let this moment be of great celebration.”-Anonymous.
Otherwise, cheers and love! Stay safe, wash your hands, keep wearing a mask when going out and adhere to social distancing. COVID-19 too shall pass.
